Who you are
With at least ten years’ experience as a firefighter, five of which will have been performing fire service instructor duties. You will be able to put your interpersonal skills, firefighting, and fire prevention expertise to use in an international context. You have an Aviation and Industrial Fire Fighting experience, are familiar with NFPA, OSHA and other international training standards and will be able to conduct fire and emergency response training with professionalism and confidence. You are mentally and physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding firefighting training duties. You have a disciplined and ethical work attitude, are motived, can work under pressure, enjoy travel and are open to work in different countries and cultures.

What you will be doing
Develop and deliver specialized fire & rescue training courses, seminars and coaching activities for international airports and industrial fire service organizations worldwide -at the client’s location or at one of our training-center-alliance (TCA) facilities
Manage basic resources, records and reports essential to the instructional process
Assemble course materials necessary for instruction
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Assist in fire and emergency services consultancy projects
Participate in special events, conferences, and exhibits
All German Holidays off with Pay or at a date of your choosing if you are on assignment during holiday

All hours worked above standard workweek are reimbursed with Leisure Days (Paid Time Off)
All company travel is paid by company

Candidate Selection to begin mid-January and relocation to Germany should occur in mid-March 2021.
Qualified applicants will be contacted for a personal interview and a brief sample instruction session. Selected candidates will then be required to take a medical examination and a drug test. Living and work permit process takes about 4 weeks from date of hiring determination.
